“TEAM WORK- MULTIPLIES SUCCESS”

Yesterday, I saw some ants which were collaborating with each other and passing from one leaf to another. I was thinking that a single ant only can do so much work, but when they work as a team, they achieve greater heights. Ants help each other making it possible to achieve goals. Isn’t it amazing for us? when there are so many ants carrying a single object, they seem to be moving in the same direction following each other. They are so organized in a way no matter how big the task is. The main point to be noted is that they get the job done at the end.

We humans can do much better than ants do. We can work as an excellent team. Teamwork is the collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way. Main things which are most important for an effective team work are excellent communication among all the team members, good level of cooperation and coordination. A group of people can solve together various problems effectively by their combine views and opinions. Each team member has a responsibility to contribute equally and not to depend on others. The effectiveness of a teamwork depends on the following components:

>communication

>coordination

>balance of all member contributions

> mutual support and effort of the whole team members.

A team which continues to work together there develop an increased level of bonding between all the team members. If any member of a team does not contribute or loosely contribute then it disturbs the strength of that team.

By working in a team, everyone in that team learns a lot of lessons. If team fails, it teaches its members to be consistent to their work. It does not teach to leave that work totally but to move forward and do much better than before. There is a mutual growth by working in a team.

If one works in a team, he can achieve that goals which he cannot achieve individually. He can pass through so many obstacles by working together with other team members. It is rightly said by Henry Ford that “Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress, working together is success.”

In conclusion, team work give you so many opportunities to achieve things and learn things that you would otherwise not know.
