Many people chirp about health and fitness topics but some of them do not know what actually health and fitness are? There is a difference in health and fitness but they both are also related to each other. What is health? We can define health as a UTI or illness. What is fitness? Fitness can be defined as the capability of a body to meet environmental demands and to maintain some specific conditions in the body. In short, health and fitness definition is to feel good and being able to make a move without any pain.

For health and fitness, a proper diet is a first and foremost step. Without an adequate diet, we cannot move further and it is very important for our mental health and physical fitness. If you do not want to take undesired food then take food as medicine. These foods burns fats and the antioxidants present in them help us a lot in fighting against illness.
