“Personality Development”
Assalam-o-Alaikum everyone. This is my first experience of writing a blog. In this blog i will share a new and different experience of personality development with all of you. Here a question arises that what personality development is? Personality development is the relatively enduring pattern of the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that distinguish individuals from one another. Personality is what makes a person a unique person.
A few days ago, i joined a flagship training program from where i thought to write a blog and share all my thoughts and experiences. We all learn from experiences. As it is said: “Nothing teaches us better than our own experiences.” This platform gave me a different exposure to see things. Through this my confidence became much better than before. It taught me about knowing yourself because we are the only one which know ourselves better than others. So we can do better for our personality grooming and for our future. If we are seriously concerned about knowing our personality then we have to step forward. As Aristotle said:
Through this platform i learnt to work in different teams having different persons with different mind sets.There was also a lesson about “YOU VS YOU”. In this program i was able to test my mind level either it is fixed or growth mindset. So there a question arises that what are fixed and growth mindsets?
In the next step, all of the members in this program including me drew a life map explaining almost all the events and turning points of our lives. My confidence is boosting up step by step and day by day. As someone has said that “ The best way to gain self-confidence is to do what you are afraid to do.”
In short, if anyone wants to groom his personality then he should have to modify his fixed mindset into growth mindset and he should have to give himself an exposure towards different situations so that he may gain different experiences. I’m looking forward that how this program will groom my personality in the near future. THANKS!
